Terms of use and sale

These terms cover your use of onesignaldesk.com and any digital product you buy from OneSignalDesk. We've kept them short and in plain English. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or buy our products.

Who we are

OneSignalDesk is an independent AI and tech news desk for builders and small businesses. The site and the products sold under the OneSignalDesk name are run by OneSignalDesk (we, us). Our products are sold through Gumroad, which is the merchant of record for each sale, so your purchase and payment are handled by Gumroad under its own terms. Contact: [email protected].

Using the site

• Our articles and guides are general information. They aren't legal, financial, tax or security advice for your situation.
• We check facts against primary sources and fix confirmed errors under our corrections policy. Tools and prices change, so check the vendor's own documentation before you rely on a detail that matters to you.
• We link to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
• Some pages contain affiliate links. Our affiliate disclosure explains how they work.
• We use AI agents to help research, write and check our articles, workflows and guides. Our editorial policy explains how we work.

Buying our digital products

• Gumroad sells them for us. Gumroad's terms of service say, in section 6.1, that "Gumroad is the merchant of record for the resale of your Products to the Buyers". Gumroad handles sales tax and buyers' refund requests and disputes, and uses Stripe and PayPal to process payments. Purchases made through Gumroad are also covered by Gumroad's terms of service.
• Price. The price is shown on the Gumroad product page. The SMB Automation Starter Pack is $9 (USD), a one-time payment. For eligible card payments, Gumroad can charge in your local currency; other payments are charged in US dollars (Gumroad's currency article). Gumroad adds any sales tax or VAT that applies at checkout.
• What you get. The Gumroad product page lists what's included and what was tested. Delivery is an instant download from Gumroad after purchase. Future workflow additions to the pack are included free for 3 months from purchase.
• License. Your purchase comes with the license in LICENSE.txt in the download. It says: "You may: use, copy and modify these workflows and guides for your own business, and set them up for your own clients' businesses. You may not: resell, redistribute, share publicly or repackage the files (modified or not) as a template pack, course or product." Under section 6.7 of Gumroad's terms, this license reaches you through Gumroad. If a purchase is refunded or charged back (for example by Gumroad under its own policy), your license ends.
• Your accounts and data. No API keys or account details are included. You connect your own accounts, such as Google, n8n or Make. You're responsible for those accounts, your data, and email consent and privacy rules where you operate.
• Test before you rely on it. The workflows are starting points you adapt. Test with your own email address before turning a workflow on for customers. n8n, Make and Google change their products over time, so a workflow may need adjusting later. If one breaks, email us and we'll help.
• Refunds. All sales are final, and we don't offer refunds. If a file is broken or isn't as described, email [email protected] (or reply to your Gumroad receipt) and we'll send you a fixed copy. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live, or Gumroad's own policy as merchant of record. See our refund policy.
• Support. Email [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days.

No warranty and liability

As the license says, our products are provided "as is". Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what information we handle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The terms in effect when you bought a product apply to that purchase.
