Refund policy

This policy covers OneSignalDesk's digital products, for purchases made through Gumroad. Right now that's one product: the SMB Automation Starter Pack, $9 (USD), a one-time payment. The same policy is shown on the Gumroad product page.

No refunds

All sales are final, and we don't offer refunds.

If a file is broken or isn't as described, email [email protected] (or reply to your Gumroad receipt) and we'll send you a fixed copy.

This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live, or Gumroad's own policy as merchant of record.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. A purchase is covered by the policy shown on the Gumroad product page when you bought it.
